Chapter 2476
As the formation began to glow, nine beams of darkness shot into the sky one after another.
The ground shook violently beneath it, and winds as strong as hurricanes blew in the area.
The beams of darkness connected with one another and formed a massive Nine Star Formation.
Greedy Wolf’s eyes turned into twin irises as he stood in the center of it.
“Let this world be plunged into darkness along with me!” he shouted.
A second later, sand was flying everywhere as huge cracks formed on the ground.
One after another, skeletons began crawling out of those cracks while lost souls howled in the wind.
Greedy Wolf reached out to grab one of those souls before shoving it into his mouth.
“Go forth and bring out the darkness in everyone’s hearts! This world shall never see the light of day again! Hahahaha!” he yelled in an enchanting voice as the Nine Star Formation sent those souls into the distance.
Bang!
Two cars had crashed into each other in the corner of a street.
“Hey! Where did you learn to drive, you fool?” the driver exclaimed with a sigh when he inspected the damage on his car.
“I’m terribly sorry, sir! I didn’t see where I was going! This is all on me! Shall we make a police report and have the insurance company take care of this?”
The other driver was so polite and sincere in his apology that the victim couldn’t even bring himself to get mad at him.
As much as it hurt him to see the dent on his car, the driver decided to not argue any further as it wouldn’t undo the damage anyway.
He was about to agree with the proposed solution when a shadowy figure zoomed past above his head, and his anger exploded instantly.
“The insurance company? Do you think that’s going to undo the damage to my car? Also, how the hell did you not see this huge car of mine? Are you f*cking blind or something?”
Surprised by his sudden outburst, the other driver got a little agitated as well.
“I f*cking apologized, didn’t I? What are you getting so mad at me for? The insurance company will cover all of the repair costs, so what more do you want?”
The same shadowy figure then zoomed past his head and ignited his flames of rage as well.
“Look, you can either sort this out with your insurance company or stay here with me and drag this out! I’ve got plenty of time to spare anyway!”
The energy in the air around them changed the moment their tempers flared.
“How dare you take that tone with me after hitting my car? You got a death wish or something?”
“So what if I do? I dare you to f*cking hit me! Come on!”
Wham!
The two of them got into a fight on the spot, and none of the bystanders were able to break it up. It was as if they were hell-bent on killing the other person.
The shadowy figure cast them a glance and left in search of other victims when it saw that it had achieved its purpose.
They would go to places with negative emotions and conflict and bring out the darkest feelings within the people’s hearts.
It didn’t take long before violent activities began happening everywhere. Riots broke out in prisons worldwide, and it got so serious that inmates were even breaking out of prison amid the chaos.
Chaotic and violent conflicts were everywhere in both legal and illegal circles.
People of all social classes seemed to have regressed to a primitive state as they vented their anger and dissatisfaction in the most violent ways possible.
With all inhibitions being removed, they were bold enough to do things they never dared to before. As the number of people affected increased, so did the amount of chaos and disorder in the world.
